Why did the tap stop?
Because it saw the house sink.
What goes up a ladder with its head down?
A nail in a man's boot.
As O was going to St. Ives, I met a man with seven wives, each wif had seven sacks, each sack had seven cats, each cat had seven kittens, each kitten had seven tails, how many are going to St. Ives? 
One.
If all the Holy Innocents were buried in Arabia with their right hands up how would you know the girls from the boys?
There were no girls.
If a letter weighs an ounce how many ounces would Ireland weig

What is the difference between a mat  & a bottle of medicine?
One is taken up and shaken and the other is shaken up and taken.
