Abstract: Typescript letter from Viscount Wimborne [Lord Lieutenant], Vice-Regal Lodge, Dublin to Maxwell congratulating him in the suppression of the insurrection. This is an official letter on which there is a handwritten note 'The following is published for the information of the troops'.
