Story 
There was a Parish Priest in Kilmaley long ago and he was very fond of money and it was supposed that nobody could ever get a joke over on him.The day a man who lived near the place bet with another man that he would fool the priest, and get a glass of whiskey from him.  The other man bet a £1 that he would not fool the priest.
The priests house was about a mile away and both men went there as quickly as possible.
When they reached the house the first person they met was the priests housekeeper.  They asked is the priest inside.  Yes he is in the parlour, and she showed them in.  Well jack, said the priest

What's wrong?  You are terribly out of breath.  I am Father, said jack and I have run a long way to ask you what would I do with money and then he paused for breath.
Sit down Jack and he poured him out a glass of whiskey and Jack drank it.
Now said the priest, tell me and Jack began again.  What would I do with money I'd get lost. Father.
Then Jack paused again and the priest gave him another glass of whiskey.  Drink that Jack, he said, and it will give you breath.  Jack drank it.  Tell me Jack where you got it lost.  But father, I got no money yet but I wanted to know what would I do with it if I ever happened to get it.  Oh you scoundrel, said the priest, where's my whip.  jack dashed out of the parlour and was soon out of sight.
Jack fooled the priest, got two glasses of whiskey and £1 from his neighbour.
