A Foolish Husband [duchas:5263677]

Grandmother told me a story, which is really true, about a man who was getting married. After the ceremony, the priest told him to catch his wife by the arm and bring her down the chapel. The man asked the priest which would he grip. This man was 70 years and his wife 25.
The priest looked at him and said "you are old enough now to have sense. Catch your wife of course." The man was very stupid and when he was coming out he didn't know whether it was the bride or bridesmaid he married.
