The Urban Folklore Project (Dublin) was undertaken by various collectors from the UCD Department of Irish Folklore (Now the UCD Delargy Centre for Irish Folklore and the National Folklore Collection), under the direction of Séamas Ó Catháin in 1979/1980.

A sample of 10 digitised audio files have been selected for the purposes of the IVRLA 1.0 launch. Research on the digitisation and presentation of this material is ongoing.
