As plump as a ball, It climbs the Church, Over steeple and all. Ans: The Sun. It stands by the wall, if you feed it, it will live but if you give it water it will die. Ans: A fire. As I went up a hill of thunder, I came down a hill of wonder, I saw 24 blackbirds tearing up the ground asunder. Ans: A harrow. On green gravel, I do travel, On green oak I do stand, I rode a mare that never foaled and held the bridle in my hand. Ans: A ship.
