Riddle:  In love I sit and in love I stand; and love I hold all in my hand.  I loved love loved me and can you riddle that for me.
Answer:  I had a lottle dog named love the dog died and i made a glove a slipper and a pad to sit on out of the skin.
Riddle:  As black as ink and hops on the road like a hail stone
Answer:  a ball.  Riddle:  One moonlight as I sat high watching one as two passed by.  Mu heart was shaking and the tree was shaking watching the hole the rogue was making.  Answer:  A woman and a man said they would go to a wake.  The man made up his mind to kill the woman, they were to meet at a certain part of the road.  The woman landed first and climbed up a tree when the man came he

began to dig a hole under the tree and was planning how he would kill her.
Riddle:  As I went out alone forsaken five lives from the dead were taken.  These five lives will set me free if you can't riddle that for me.
Answer:  A man was going to be hung and the judge told him to make up a riddle that no one of them could answer he would set him free.  The man went into a graveyard and found a rabbit's next in a coffen he took five young ones and they were the five ones he took from the dead.
Riddle:  A man without eyes went into an orchard where there were no trees.  He saw a tree with apples on.  He neither took apples nor left apples on.  Answer:  A man with one eye went into an orchard where there was one tree with two apples on.  He took off one apple and left on one.
Riddle:  What is it that stands by the wall, eats all it gets and drinks

none at all.  Answer:  A fire.

Riddle:  Long legs, crooked thighs, little head and no eyes.
Answer:  A tongs
Riddle:  Ink ank under a bank ten drawing four.
Answer:  A person milking a cow.
Riddle:  Through a rock through a reef through an old spinning wheel, through a little bag of peper, through millers supper, throug an old Horse's shinbone and such a riddle was never known.
Answer: A moth
