NO The long rowing currach, canoe or naomhóg is know along the west coast from Donegal to Kerry. It is built of laths and is covered with tarred canvas, although hide was originally used to cover it. Kathleen Price, the photographer, was a sister of Liam Praigheas who was one of the founder members of Commission.
