Note
These pages are written in two different hands. The first fragment seems have been written in the eighteenth century and concerns the impact of penal legislation upon the Catholic nobility of Ireland. The second relates to the murder of Protestants in Ireland during the early 1640s. It appears to be a copy of "A collection of some of the murthers and massacres committed on the Irish in Ireland since the 23rd of October 1641 with some observations and falsifications [...]" (London, 1662).
