Abstract: A collection of ephemera primarily associated with the history and development of UCD.

Scope and Content
Special Collections holds a unique and varied collection of ephemera relating to the history and development of UCD. This collection includes photographs, pamphlets, invitations, manuscript notes, advertisements, timetables, circular letters and programmes. Important events, groups and celebrations associated with UCD and its antecedent institutions are featured within this collection, including the 1954 centennial celebrations of the Catholic University of Ireland and the conferring of the Degree of Doctor of Laws Honoris Causa on President John Fitzgerald Kennedy in 1963.
