Story about a Water-Horse [duchas:4691214]
One day when a man was down in his field working at his cattle he saw a water horse grazing in the field near the lake. He went down and caught him, and brought him up to the house. Then he worked him and used to put him in at night to a house. One evening he went down to the lake with the man on his back to get a drink. The man was riding on the horse and the horse ploughed into the lake with the man on his back. The man was unable to get off the horse's back and it was said that there was magic attached to the horse.
