Homemade Toys [duchas:4376757]

Long ago people used to make guns for shooting water. This is how they are made: - first a stick is got which is without anything inside in it. Then a small stick is got and a piece of leather knelt on to the top of it. It is pushed out when full of water.

Cage-Making
A cradle is made with twigs. Then a piece of a board is got and a piece of a stick. The stick is placed in the middle and a piece of bread. Then a board is placed on the sticks. The bird touched the stick and the board falls and she is caught.

Lantern-Making
A jam-pot is got and a piece of cardboard is pout int he bottom of it; a candle is then got and placed int he bottom. The candle is lit: then it is a nice light.
