The Night of the Big Wind [duchas:4345809]
There was a big wind one night nearly 100 years ago. It took a roof off a house and a granary in Commauns my village. In the middle of the night the husband awoke. He heard a great noise and he went out and he saw the roof was gone off the granary and and the roof was gone of the house. He came in and told his wife. They got up quickly and went around the village and gathered all the men. The men came and went out to Crimlen and they found the roofs left on the side of the road at Tobar Geal. The brought it in on their backs and that day they fixed it up again.
