Remarks that after a consultation, Mr Carey consented to the demands of the tenants (3 March 1888). - Numerous references to the difficulty of Mr Hope to fulfil his commitments concerning his tenancy. The Hope family were long time neighbours of the Oram family. Remarks that he asked Mr Hope to leave in advance of the Sheriff's arrival (10 October 1888). - Remarks that Mr Hope called to say that he has obtained security (22 November 1888).
