The entry for this in P263/1 pg. 5 reads 'Cystic disease of the testicle. Wm Dowling aet 21. Dr E. McDowell'. The handwritten note on the back reads '153 W. Dowling. Hydatid disease of the testicle. Wm Dowling aet 21'.

Guinness Mahon & Company's premises at 16-17 College Green, rebuilt by G. & T. Crampton in 1930. The architects for these works were Donnelly, Moore & Keating. The building is now a branch of Permanent TSB.
