Abstract: No. 86 St Stephen's Green now forms part of Newman House (together with No. 85 St Stephen's Green). It was built for Richard Chapel Whaley from 1765. The design of the house and its stuccoed interiors are attributed to Robert West. A major conservation and restoration project undertaken in 1989-93.
