The Famine [duchas:4763888]

During the famine years there was an outbreak of Cholera & it is told that Archdeacon Dunne told the people to go into the affected houses & carry out the dead & bury them & they would be none the worse for it. Those who obeyed his order were never stricken with the dread disease.
