Landlord and Tenant [duchas:4422493]

Once upon a time there was a man who would not pay his rent and the landlord would only give him seven days to pay it.  He had three bags of corn and was going to sell it so he went into the barn to tie the bags.  While he was tying the bags there came in a man and took his coat and went away and fell into the river and got drowned.  

The man of the house put the corn on the cart and was going to the market.  When he came out he saw a house all lit up that he never saw before.  He went on with the corn and he met a man that told him that
