Circular letter concerning the erection of a memorial dedicated to Kevin Barry

Abstract: Circular letter to students of University College Dublin concerning the delays in the erection of a memorial to Kevin Barry and appealing for support for The O’Rahilly in the Governing Body elections. The circular letter was sent by Tadgh O’Neill, President of the Students’ Representative Council, James Meehan, chairman of the Kevin Barry Committee, Kevin Keary, secretary of the Students’ Representative Council and Sean Lavan.
