Má tá tinneas cinn ort caithfidh tú dul amach agus do láimh a chur thart fá chrann tromáin agus do cheann do bhrúghadh go dlúth ar an chrann agus a rádh;
"Tinneas mo chroidhe-sa, a chrainn tromáin."
