goban:- a porringer or tin cup with holes punched in the bottom which is put on a young calf’s nose to prevent it eating straws or sucking any indigestible substance. praisgín:- an apron – used for carrying seed potatoes at planting time. cró:- a pig stye. dallóg – a blind put on a cow to prevent it breaking out of a field. spideóg a small iron pin used to close a door or lid. bardóg. a wooden box or creel for carrying manure or turf in hilly districts. Two of these are fastened to a donkey.
