An Old Story [duchas:4377205]

An old horseman named Dan O Mahony was able to quieten the wildest horse with some thing he used whisper to him. 
   When any one had a very cross horse , one had a very cross horse , one who would kick and bite  and that nobody could go into the stable to.
 Dan O'Mahony was  sent for , he would go into the stable

whisper to the horse and then anybody could handle the horse afterwards.
   He was called the Irish Whisperer.
