Nuair a bhí Íosa Críost tárnálta agus é marbh, agus chuirthe san uaigh; do bhí na guaidhigh imighthe a bhaile agus iad ag ullamhadh suipéir trom mar gheall ar an gaisge a bhí deanta aca.
Go háirigte bhí corcán trom feola ar an dteine aca agus bhí siciní chuilligh sa chorcán agus iad ag bheirriú.
Do bhíodar ag cainnt agus ag chuir na haon nídh trí-na-chéile; agus dúbhairt duine aca leis an gcuid eile b'éidir go n-eireórad Ár Slánuightheóra

ní éirieóchad arsa an t-arna duine; béidir arsa an treas duine go néirieóchad an chuilligh sa chorcán ar dtúis.
Ní tuisge a bhí an méid sin ráidhthe ag an trímhadh duine ná gur éirig an sicín amach as an gcorcán agus do sheas sé ar an gcludach agus do chuir sé trí ghlaoch as.
"Tá rúd éigin suas" ar siad go leir le na chéile, nuair a chualadhar an cuilleach.
Do bhí fhíos aca annsan go n-éirighfochad Ár Slanuigteóra uair éigin.
Éan ana naomhtha iseadh an cuilleach agus nuair a bhíonn sé cúpla bhliain ní mharbhuigheann aoinne é.
