Abstract: Watercolour medical illustration depicting disease of the heart. It has the alternative reference number 1888 and P1B on the front. There is no Richmond Hospital Museum reference. The artist's name is in the bottom right corner 'J. Connolly fec.t' and in the bottom left 'Case of Rose Walker Aet 23'. The handwritten note on the back reads 'Dr Gordon's case Sept.r 29, 1857'.
