Abstract: Watercolour medical illustration depicting cleft lip in a child. It has the alternative reference number 1326, P11 and No. 3 on the front. There is no Richmond Hospital Museum reference. The feint handwritten note in the bottom left corner reads 'Pat.k Carthy 15 yrs' and under the illustration 'R. Adams'. The handwritten note on the back reads '4 result of an amended operation by Mr A. when the patient was 15 years of age'. —
